Adobe Workfront Business Analyst with Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a dual-role professional focusing 70% on Adobe Workfront Business Analysis and 30% on Project Management
• Define project goals, scope, and delivery roadmaps aligned with program vision
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and KPIs while identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Run discovery sessions with stakeholders across marketing, PMO, and operations teams
• Document current-state workflows and identify pain points, gaps, and inefficiencies
• Define future-state processes, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories within Workfront
• Standardize intake processes and project structures to ensure consistency across teams
• Create user guides, SOPs, and process documentation to drive platform adoption
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
• Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront workflow optimization and configuration
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical user stories and use cases
• Strong skills in documenting current and future state processes
• Experience managing project lifecycles, including timelines and stakeholder communication
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and facilitate training for end users
