About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable AEM-based digital platforms, driving both headless and traditional architecture implementations.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality delivery, cloud adoption, and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems.
- Manage technical delivery, code quality, and scalability for complex digital projects.
- Oversee AEM workflows, content modeling, personalization, and multi-site management.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital platforms with at least 5 years specifically in AEM.
- Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), and Forms.
- Strong experience with Headless CMS, including Content Fragments and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE (Spring, Servlets) and JavaScript (ES6+, React/Angular).
- Deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Maven) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe AEM Developer or Architect certifications.
- Experience in large-scale AEM implementations or cloud migrations (on-prem to AEMaaCS).
- Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance domains.
- Exposure to personalization, CDP, and MarTech platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing and CX ecosystems.
