About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable AEM-based digital platforms, driving both headless and traditional architecture implementations.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality delivery, cloud adoption, and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems.
  • Manage technical delivery, code quality, and scalability for complex digital projects.
  • Oversee AEM workflows, content modeling, personalization, and multi-site management.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in digital platforms with at least 5 years specifically in AEM.
  • Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), and Forms.
  • Strong experience with Headless CMS, including Content Fragments and GraphQL.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE (Spring, Servlets) and JavaScript (ES6+, React/Angular).
  • Deep understanding of Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Maven) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe AEM Developer or Architect certifications.
  • Experience in large-scale AEM implementations or cloud migrations (on-prem to AEMaaCS).
  • Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance domains.
  • Exposure to personalization, CDP, and MarTech platforms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and CX ecosystems.
