About the role
Responsibilities
- Support configuration, user access management, and day-to-day operations of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Administer platform permissions and user roles through the Adobe Admin Console
- Assist with integrations between AEP and downstream systems such as Infobip or other messaging/data platforms
- Participate in incident response and change management processes using ServiceNow
- Perform routine monitoring and health checks across AEP and related digital experience platforms
- Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and documentation aligned to platform governance requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting digital platforms, customer data platforms, or enterprise experience technologies
- Experience managing user access and permissions in Adobe Admin Console or similar tools
- Familiarity with platform integrations, API-driven workflows, or messaging platform connections
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes and tools like ServiceNow
- Understanding of privacy, compliance, and data governance requirements (e.g., HIPAA or DSAR)
- Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
