Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, user access management, and day-to-day operations of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Administer platform permissions and user roles through the Adobe Admin Console.
• Assist with integrations between AEP and downstream systems such as Infobip or other messaging/data platforms.
• Participate in incident response and change management processes using ServiceNow.
• Perform routine monitoring and health checks across AEP and related digital experience platforms.
• Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and documentation aligned to platform governance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting digital platforms, customer data platforms (CDP), or enterprise experience technologies.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and administrative configurations in Adobe Admin Console.
• Familiarity with platform integrations and API-driven workflows.
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes, including incident and change management using tools such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of privacy, compliance, and data governance requirements, including exposure to HIPAA controls or DSAR workflows.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
