About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including microsites, DAM repositories, and Content-As-A-Service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reusable templates, components, and services that enhance user experience.
- Drive the adoption of modern UI frameworks on the Adobe platform and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable content solutions.
- Oversee platform integration with Adobe marketing cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and development methodologies while providing technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Manage client relationships and lead project delivery from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development, specifically with AEMaaCS and EDS.
- Proficiency in Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful services.
- Experience with decoupled architectures and Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Java concepts and patterns, including Sling, JSP, JUnit, MVC, and Maven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Expert as an AEM Developer or AEM Architect.
- Master's degree.
- Previous experience in technology consulting, specifically with Adobe products.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
