Admitting & Registration Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in Patient Access services and oversee all day-to-day activities to ensure performance standards are met
• Strategically align staff to support workload while meeting budget requirements
• Drive compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle best practices
• Monitor metric performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with partner departments across clinical and revenue cycle spaces
• Drive positive patient and employee experiences through engaged leadership and timely resolution of concerns
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff to foster a culture of accountability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting
• 1-2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with patient access systems and Microsoft Office Suite
