About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families regarding admissions processes and enrollment procedures
  • Review and process applications and supporting documentation in accordance with university policies
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain accurate student records and update applicant information within university systems
  • Assist with recruitment initiatives, outreach events, campus visits, and admissions presentations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students
  • Monitor application status and follow up with applicants regarding missing documentation
  • Support compliance with institutional policies, FERPA regulations, and admissions standards
  • Prepare reports and assist with data tracking related to enrollment goals

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or completion of a program of 18+ months after high school, or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with database or student information systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or student services
  • Familiarity with Campus Solutions, CRM systems, or student enrollment platforms
  • Knowledge of admissions processes and student engagement best practices
