Admissions Representative - Undergraduate Admissions

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students and their families through the enrollment process.
• Manage and coordinate specific geographic recruitment areas in Ohio and out-of-state.
• Evaluate high schools and college programs to identify optimal recruitment opportunities.
• Develop innovative communication strategies for prospective students and guidance personnel via direct mail, campus visits, or technology.
• Assist with campus visit programs and conduct on-campus admission interviews.
• Review completed applications to make admission decisions and determine scholarship awards.
• Maintain knowledge of financial aid policies, including Federal, State, and Institutional aid and the FAFSA.
• Counsel prospective students regarding admission requirements and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the fall and spring months.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).
• Ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in admissions is preferred but not required.
