Admissions Representative - Seminary

Responsibilities

• Recruit and assist prospective students for the Ashland Theological Seminary through the entire enrollment process
• Act as the primary staff person for all aspects of seminary recruitment and enrollment
• Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines and communication strategies to reach enrollment and revenue goals
• Coordinate campus visits, recruitment events, and outreach activities in collaboration with the Executive Dean and program directors
• Meet with prospective students to provide information regarding academic programs and financial aid opportunities
• Produce and maintain website and social media content, including blogs, podcasts, and webinars, to engage target audiences
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Seminary and the Division of Enrollment Management
• Assist with student retention plans in coordination with the Director of Admissions and Student Success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Personal commitment to the Christian faith
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with theological education
• Previous experience in recruitment
