Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of effective communication strategies to increase awareness of workforce services
• Design engaging social media content on current events and programmatic highlights
• Research and write content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters
• Adhere to the company’s style guide to ensure high-quality, error-free copy
• Prepare evaluative reports, communication and outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with community partners to design and market programmatic information and events
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality regarding customers and employees

Requirements

• Degree in Communication or previous experience as a communications specialist
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Understanding of communications, public relations, and marketing best practices
• Exceptional writing skills for engaging and accurate content
• Proficiency in computer skills including design and marketing software
