Admissions Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage, nurture, and convert prospective students from the prospect stage through to enrollment
• Meet or exceed semesterly enrollment quotas through outbound/inbound calls, Zoom meetings, and webinars
• Generate leads within assigned territories, including International Direct, Professional Studies, and FAFSA Unapplied
• Identify and execute high-ROI recruitment events to engage potential students
• Utilize CRM tools to manage prospect and applicant data effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in higher education recruiting, admissions, or sales
• Proven track record of high performance, including converting over 1,000 matriculated students
• Proficiency with Radius by Campus Management and Colleague CRM
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking ability
