Admissions Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage, nurture, and convert prospective students from the prospect stage through to enrollment
• Meet or exceed semesterly enrollment quotas through outbound and inbound calls, Zoom meetings, and online webinars
• Generate leads within assigned territories, including International Direct, Professional Studies, and FAFSA Unapplied
• Identify and execute high-ROI recruitment events and effective prospecting strategies
• Utilize higher education CRMs to manage prospect and applicant data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in higher education recruiting, admissions, or sales
• Proven track record of converting over 1,000 matriculated students
• Expertise in using higher education CRMs (experience with Radius or Colleague is a plus)
• Strong project management, organizational, and implementation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking ability
