Admissions & Programs Coordinator, MEng & MEngCEM

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic and financial matters, including petitions, appeals, and personal circumstances impacting success
• Manage end-to-end admissions for professional graduate programs, including reviewing and assessing applications
• Analyze statistical information and enrollment data to inform planning and generate reports
• Coordinate program materials and evaluate work-integrated learning or skills development opportunities
• Liaise with industry partners and alumni to support student practicums and professional programming
• Improve service delivery and internal processes through continuous analysis and recommendation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience
• Minimum four years of recent experience within a large post-secondary institution
• Minimum three years of experience in student admissions, including credential analysis
• Minimum three years of experience in academic advising for professional-stream graduate students
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., PowerBI)
• Advanced experience with student information systems (e.g., ROSI, Slate, Quercus)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders
