About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary phone and email contact for prospective families during the application process
- Assist with all steps of the application process, including processing, auditing, and data scrubbing
- Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of the Veracross enrollment database
- Schedule tours and interviews for students and families
- Provide clerical support for admissions officers and assist with visit greeting processes
- Coordinate mailings, maintain inventory, and order office supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Working understanding of database systems and recordkeeping
- Ability to pass CHRI, CORI, and SORI background checks
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an educational or admissions environment
- Familiarity with enrollment databases such as Veracross
