Admissions Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and accepted students, providing personalized, concierge-style advisement.
• Guide applicants through the entire admissions journey, including program information, admission requirements, and document submission.
• Manage the admissions funnel by monitoring admitted students to reduce attrition and support smooth transitions to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and seamless team collaboration.
• Respond to all inquiries (calls, email, text, WhatsApp) within 24–48 hours to ensure high-quality engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Financial Aid, Registrar, and Recruitment Managers, to support student success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, or sales.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner.
• Background in student services or customer-facing roles with proven success in relationship management.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international education systems and credential equivalencies.
