About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and assess domestic student applications for undergraduate, postgraduate, and non-award study
- Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Manage admissions enquiries through multiple channels and provide advice on alternative pathways
- Interpret data to provide reports and statistical information
- Participate in student recruitment events, career fairs, and other promotional activities
Requirements
- Proficiency in Office365 and advanced computer systems
- Strong data manipulation skills and experience with databases
- Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise discretion on complex issues
- Experience in a similar tertiary or higher education role using Student Management Systems or CRM is highly regarded
