Admissions Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international admissions processes, including application assessment, offer generation, and student matriculation.
• Conduct Genuine Student (GS) assessments in compliance with the Australian Government’s Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF).
• Provide accurate advice regarding admissions, entry requirements, and study options to prospective students, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strong working relationships with marketing teams, recruitment agents, pathway providers, and academic departments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions systems, policies, and procedures to enhance the student experience.

Requirements

• A relevant degree and/or substantial administrative experience within international education in the higher education sector.
• Sound knowledge of international admissions processes, compliance, and visa frameworks (including SSVF).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A commitment to service excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
