About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive student enrolment and retention by delivering a high-quality, engaging experience for prospective families
- Take ownership of the full admissions pipeline, ensuring strong conversion at every stage
- Lead school events, including school tours and open days
- Oversee reporting and forecasting, using data insights to continuously improve outcomes
- Work closely with school leadership to embed a positive sales culture
- Act as a confident ambassador for the school within the local community
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within sales or admissions
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to use data and systems to inform decision-making
- Confident and approachable communication style with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
