Admissions Leader

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute the recruitment, selection, and conversion strategy for EGADE postgraduate programs in Mexico City.
• Guarantee enrollment goals for new students in alignment with EGADE's institutional and strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop the Admissions Advisors team, promoting a high-performance culture through KPI monitoring and individual development plans.
• Drive the continuous professionalization of the commercial team in consultative sales, academic portfolio, and value propositions.
• Coordinate and operate the Admissions Committee ensuring compliance with institutional selectivity processes and regulations.
• Design and implement attraction and conversion initiatives, including commercial actions and events based on market analysis.
• Ensure a differentiated experience for prospects across all touchpoints, from initial attraction to enrollment.
• Manage Salesforce to ensure proper lead management, admission requests, and timely information updates.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a Business-related area.
• Proven experience in commercial planning and tactical execution.
• Experience in data analysis and KPI interpretation, preferably within the higher education industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
