About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and complete daily query tasks within the Slate CRM to ensure data integrity
- Maintain accurate Slate records by consolidating duplicate entries and supporting data clean-up initiatives
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of queries for call lists, task lists, and data exports
- Provide technical support for the Student Advocate campus visit program, including template creation and workflow assistance
- Support the implementation and tracking of communication plans within Slate
- Coordinate and execute mailings to non-prospect audiences, including list management and mail merges
- Assist with importing external datasets into Slate, ensuring accurate mapping and integration
- Manage related records and communications for the Premier Nomination Pathways process
- Maintain inventory and compile print materials for Regional Admissions Managers
Requirements
- High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role utilizing databases or CRM systems
- Proficient computer skills and experience with standard office equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a professional office environment
- Must be able to pass a required background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically using Slate CRM
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience working in a higher education or office environment
