About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families within an assigned territory
  • Provide personalized counseling regarding admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and academic programs
  • Represent the University at high school visits, college fairs, and community events
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with high school counselors and key influencers
  • Review and evaluate student applications, academic records, and transcripts according to institutional guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely records using the University’s CRM system to ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate and participate in on-campus recruitment events such as Preview Days and Info Sessions
  • Monitor strategic goals for the assigned territory, including application and enrollment targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and in writing
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Slate CRM systems
  • Experience with data-informed decision-making
