About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families within an assigned territory
- Provide personalized counseling regarding admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and academic programs
- Represent the University at high school visits, college fairs, and community events
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with high school counselors and key influencers
- Review and evaluate student applications, academic records, and transcripts according to institutional guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely records using the University’s CRM system to ensure data integrity
- Coordinate and participate in on-campus recruitment events such as Preview Days and Info Sessions
- Monitor strategic goals for the assigned territory, including application and enrollment targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and in writing
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Slate CRM systems
- Experience with data-informed decision-making
