Admissions Counselor Undergraduate Nursing

Responsibilities

• Implement multi-channel marketing and recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals for undergraduate nursing programs (BSN, ADN, and Online RN-BSN).
• Execute recruitment through travel to high schools and college fairs, as well as participation in in-person and virtual events.
• Manage the application review process and associated decision-making.
• Conduct tele-counseling and communicate with prospective students regarding programs, scholarships, and financial aid.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and build relationships with prospective students, families, and university faculty.
• Utilize management information systems (Recruit and Colleague) and Microsoft Office to track progress and manage data.
• Perform overnight travel during peak college fair months and work occasional nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry marketing and promotional materials up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or higher education recruitment.
• Experience with student management information systems.
