About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet enrollment targets by managing assigned high school territories and partnering with the Transition Advising team
- Explain application processes, transfer policies, and admission requirements to prospective students
- Conduct presentations and manage communications via email, telephone, text, and virtual or face-to-face appointments
- Develop and foster high-level relationships with partner institutions to enhance outreach and recruitment
- Assist in creating engaging marketing and recruitment materials and track the efficacy of recruitment efforts
- Manage student data and enrollment funnel reports within the CRM to enhance the case management process
- Collaborate with academic divisions and other departments to support on-campus recruitment events like Open Houses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, sales, public relations, or academic advising
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse campus constituents
- High attention to detail with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent project management skills
- Ability to work as a self-starter to manage administrative tasks and program planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transfer recruitment, including understanding transfer credit evaluations and industry best practices
- Knowledge of college admissions processes, Transferology, and articulation agreements
- Experience using student information systems (such as Colleague), CRM systems, and reporting software
