Admissions Counselor

Responsibilities

• Represent Regent University as a general recruiter for all undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Counsel prospective students on program fit, admissions requirements, financial aid, and student resources.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls within a blended call center environment.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential student records using CRM technology.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Enrollment Management leadership.
• Coordinate and participate in various admissions and recruitment events.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Requirements

• Christian commitment consistent with the Regent University mission and core values.
• 1-2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, or tele-counseling.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working in a production-driven or call center environment.
