Admissions Counselor/Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage admission recruitment programs to attract high-quality candidates and meet enrollment objectives.
• Advise students and families on educational opportunities, admission requirements, policies, and financial assistance.
• Plan and execute recruitment events, outreach programs, and special projects targeting specific student populations.
• Analyze recruitment and retention trends to help establish effective strategies and procedures.
• Review and evaluate individual applications for admission eligibility and troubleshoot application issues.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective students via telephone, email, and correspondence throughout the enrollment process.
• Achieve aggressive monthly recruiting goals and maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.
• Perform evening and weekend work and travel as required for recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of related experience in recruitment, admissions, or student services.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to perform data analysis and prepare reports.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.
