About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and enroll traditional undergraduate students for the campus in Bourbonnais, Illinois
  • Assist the Director of Recruitment in achieving university undergraduate enrollment goals
  • Represent Olivet through high school visits, church visits, college fairs, and regional gatherings
  • Manage the admissions process for a designated caseload of 100-120 incoming freshmen per year
  • Build prospect and applicant pools through intentional recruitment of high school juniors
  • Maintain consistent communication with approximately 2,500 prospects via phone, email, text, and mail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Lifestyle in agreement with the ONU Statement of Mission, Faith, and Lifestyle Covenant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital communication tools
  • Ability to engage in public speaking and present the university's mission effectively
