Admissions Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Enter new student enrollments and status changes into Student Information and Client Management Systems
• Manage and track enrollment documents including background checks, immunizations, and proof of graduation
• Proactively assist students in completing and submitting required documentation
• Serve as the primary contact for enrollment systems support
• Administer entrance assessments and report on requirement status and test outcomes
• Support Admissions with campus tours and prospective student visits
• Provide front desk coverage by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
• Maintain a professional reception area and handle administrative tasks such as mail, filing, and photocopying
• Assist with campus events including orientations and graduations

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week
