Admissions Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily processing of applications and manage supporting documentation to ensure file completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records within Salesforce to track progress through the admissions funnel.
• Serve as a key member of a cross-functional "Pod" team to provide holistic support to students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and integrity across all applicant files while adhering to institutional and regulatory standards.
• Provide proactive outreach and "white glove" service to applicants via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Identify and monitor applicants at risk of disengagement and escalate issues to leadership for timely intervention.
• Prepare and distribute acceptance and scholarship letters while maintaining precise documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking communications and applicant progress.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules to accommodate applicants across different time zones and peak admissions periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education admissions or student services.
• Experience in a related customer service role.
