Admissions Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire enrollment journey from initial inquiry through final registration to ensure a seamless experience for families.
• Provide hands-on support to families with enrollment documentation and ensure all paperwork is processed accurately and promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate registration processes, including Brigance testing, Home Language Surveys, and technology support for online registration.
• Develop and implement data-driven outreach and marketing strategies to increase school visibility and attract a diverse applicant pool.
• Organize and participate in community events, school tours, and open houses to engage prospective families.
• Collaborate with Early Childhood and Elementary teams to execute annual recruitment efforts and maintain a consistent scholar pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) platforms such as PowerSchool, School Mint, or Jupiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or French.
