Admissions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Represent Regent University as a general recruiter for all undergraduate and graduate school programs
• Advise prospective students on program fit, admissions requirements, financial aid, and other pertinent information
• Maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls within a sales-driven call center environment
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by Enrollment Management leadership
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential student records using CRM and other technologies
• Coordinate and participate in admissions and recruitment events
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and rotating Saturdays
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and phone systems
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Christian commitment consistent with the Regent University mission
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
