Admissions & Community Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Occupational Therapy Program Director and Admissions Committee with administrative functions and programmatic coordination.
• Coordinate the admissions process using the OT Centralized Application System (OTCAS) and gather relevant admissions data.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person information sessions, tours, and recruitment presentations for prospective students.
• Identify and develop community relationships to increase program recognition and represent the program at recruitment events.
• Manage social media presence by capturing photos and highlighting program activities.
• Assist with special events such as New Student Orientation, Scholarship Symposiums, and Commencement.
• Collaborate with university departments including Admissions, Marketing, Registrar, and Financial Aid.
• Support the completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to adapt to new technology and software platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in higher education admissions.
• Experience with healthcare-related fields.
• Experience managing social media platform pages.
• Experience with Colleague, other CRM platforms, or OTCAS.
• Experience with website editing and Zoom.
