Admissions Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Work at the Admissions reception desk, answering phones and welcoming guests
• Conduct campus tours with prospective students and their families
• Handle correspondence, mailings, phone calls, and virtual visits
• Assist admissions staff with various projects and tasks
• Use Admissions' social media accounts to interact with prospective students and families

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled at Augsburg University
• Must be work-study eligible
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in other languages, particularly Spanish
• Knowledge or awareness of social media presence
