Admissions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Promote professional educational offerings to attract new students and meet enrollment goals in Chihuahua.
• Schedule and conduct outreach activities with partner schools to establish collaborative working relationships.
• Deliver informative sessions to students at assigned high schools and other educational institutions.
• Provide personalized attention and follow-up to prospective students visiting the offices.
• Manage student engagement through telephone and WhatsApp communications.
• Act as a liaison between admitted students and the Scholarship Department for financial aid inquiries.
• Ensure growth targets are met by converting applicants into admitted students and admitted students into enrolled students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree completed.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to perform follow-up and relationship management.
