About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote professional educational offerings to attract new students and ensure enrollment goals are met.
- Implement and execute promotional activities to increase the prospect database and generate new leads.
- Organize attraction events and manage relationships with partner schools.
- Follow up with prospects, applicants, and admitted students using CRM and authorized communication channels.
- Provide support throughout the admission and scholarship processes to ensure successful enrollment.
- Collaborate with campus staff to advance candidates through the enrollment funnel.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to track applicant progress in the CRM.
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Marketing, or Communication (required).
- Experience in sales, public relations, logistics, event organization, or customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM management and Microsoft Excel.
- Full availability of schedule and willingness to travel to 19 different locations during attraction campaigns.
- Must reside in Puebla or Sonora Norte.
