Admissions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide EGADE candidates to select the best master's program based on their professional goals and background
• Meet new enrollment goals for EGADE postgraduate programs
• Execute initiatives for the attraction and conversion of interested candidates
• Plan and execute recruitment events and activities both on-site and at external venues
• Provide one-on-one follow-up with applicants via email and telephone
• Maintain detailed records and update admission management systems including Salesforce and Hubspot
• Ensure the complete and timely delivery of candidate application files
• Collaborate with attraction and educational support areas to ensure enrollment targets are met

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in the higher education industry
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Salesforce and Hubspot
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment
