Admissions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide EGADE candidates to select the best master's program based on their professional goals and background.
• Drive enrollment by meeting new admission goals for EGADE postgraduate programs.
• Execute attraction and conversion initiatives to engage prospective students.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain detailed communication records via email and phone.
• Plan and execute recruitment events and activities both on-site and at external venues.
• Manage and update admission management systems, including Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Ensure the complete and timely delivery of candidate application files.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in the higher education industry.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet commercial/enrollment goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Pedro Garza García, MTY.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
