Admissions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advise EGADE postgraduate candidates on master's programs, admission requirements, and financing options.
• Plan and execute attraction and conversion events both on-site and at external venues.
• Provide one-on-one follow-up to applicants via email and telephone, maintaining detailed communication records.
• Manage and update admission management systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with attraction and educational support areas to ensure new enrollment goals are met.
• Ensure the complete and timely delivery of candidate application files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the higher education industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English (indispensable).
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong event planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet commercial objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in the local work area.
• This is a temporary position for a duration of 1 year.
