Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding admissions, academic programs, and financial aid
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, virtual presentations, and in-person events
• Review and evaluate student applications for completeness and accuracy
• Manage a high-volume lead pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Conduct consultative interviews to assess student educational and career goals
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets of approximately eight student starts
• Coordinate admissions events such as open houses and campus tours

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, inside sales, customer service, or recruiting
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Demonstrated success in a goal-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education admissions experience
• Experience recruiting students in nursing, healthcare, or allied health programs
