About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide applicants through the admissions process via walk-in, phone, and online channels
  • Review applications for completeness and communicate acceptance decisions
  • Update applicant status and maintain accurate records in the Student Information System (SIS)
  • Coordinate financial aid documentation, including contracts and promissory notes
  • Manage student ID card issuance and maintain issuance logs
  • Organize and maintain secure student records and files
  • Respond to student inquiries regarding SIS, email, and Blackboard access
  • Process student withdrawals, reactivations, and major changes
  • Issue official documents such as transcripts, letters, and study plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, registration, or student services
  • Strong knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
