Admission Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible and suitable youth for Job Corps Program
• Interface with outreach contractors to determine student qualifications
• Conduct outreach activities in communities, agencies, and public events
• Conduct orientation and interviews with applicants and parents
• Perform applicant file procedures including data entry and document scanning
• Coordinate with centers to support applicant travel arrangements
• Perform Quality Assurance Checks on all applicant files
• Maintain accountability of staff, students, and property

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, or communications
• Or Associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of related experience
• Experience working with diverse youth
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
