Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrolment
• Track and ensure quality leads are converted into confirmed admissions
• Implement CRM tools and processes to monitor candidate progress
• Drive outreach activities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in South India
• Build and maintain connections with undergraduate colleges, university departments, and coaching centres
• Organize and represent OneSB at education fairs, seminars, and campus events
• Leverage networks with placement consultants, career counselors, and college deans
• Design and execute communication campaigns using email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Analyze CRM data to improve lead-to-admission conversion efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Admissions Officer in a management or engineering college
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage outreach and admissions pipelines under pressure
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi
• Willingness to travel extensively across South Indian states

• Deep-rooted network across undergraduate colleges in South India
• Familiarity with regional student behavior and influencer ecosystems
