About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding the law school application process, including timelines, required documents, and LSAT preparation.
  • Manage communications between prospective students, current students, faculty, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct recruitment outreach at local and nationwide events, including law school fairs and high schools.
  • Assist in planning and executing campus visits, special events, and personalized tours for prospective students.
  • Supervise, hire, and train student employees to support admissions office operations.
  • Maintain and update applicant data using CRM and application management systems such as UNITE, Slate, and Banner.
  • Coordinate logistics for campus visits, including room reservations, faculty meetings, and class visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to travel by car and/or airplane up to 20% of the time.
  • Ability to lift boxes and suitcases weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year of professional experience in law school admission, higher education, legal recruiting, professional sales, or marketing.
