Admission Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and scholarships
• Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries
• Convert leads into enrollments while consistently meeting monthly targets
• Systematically handle applications and maintain clear communication with parents
• Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with the admissions team
• Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions in the CRM and manage prospective student databases
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive programs, and emerging career opportunities

Requirements

• UG or PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• 2-5 years of total professional experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills to drive enrollments
• Ability to work 6 days a week from the office with rotational weekly offs
