Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor to potential learners, guiding them in their career journeys
- Provide personalized counseling to prospective students to help map career paths
- Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
- Articulate the uniqueness and effectiveness of upGrad’s online learning model
- Manage the complete sales closing lifecycle including phone calls, product demonstrations, and post-sales relationships
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all lead interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or Education preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in EdTech
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of global cultural nuances and buying behaviors
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA, or US regions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
