Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on program offerings, admission procedures, eligibility, and career outcomes
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads to convert high-quality leads into admissions
• Guide students through the end-to-end admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status using CRM tools
• Meet individual and team targets for admissions and conversions
• Represent the school at education fairs, webinars, and outreach events
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for aligned communication and strategy
• Provide insights into student needs and behavior trends for process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3.5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or student engagement in higher education
• Experience with MBA/PGDM programs preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory
