Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to prospective students regarding programs, pedagogy, and career opportunities
• Engage with candidates through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach activities such as cold calling
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve enrollment targets
• Support students and parents through the application and admission processes
• Maintain accurate records of all counseling sessions and update CRM systems regularly
• Monitor educational trends and competitive offerings to provide market feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or career guidance
• Fluency in both English and Hindi
• Strong sales aptitude and student engagement skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools
• Ability to work a 6-day workweek with rotational weekly offs
