Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and scholarships.
• Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries.
• Convert leads into enrollments while consistently meeting monthly targets.
• Systematically handle applications and maintain clear communication with parents and students.
• Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions within the CRM.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive programs, and emerging career opportunities.

Requirements

• UG or PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of total professional experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills to drive enrollments.
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru for 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
