About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the front-office team, including shift planning, activity rotation, and workload dimensioning to ensure service quality.
- Lead and motivate staff through performance evaluations, training identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Ensure smooth patient flow through admission circuits and verify all required documentation, including GDPR compliance and guarantor assignment.
- Prepare activity reports to analyze service needs, such as consultation delays and call center activity, to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update departmental protocols and ensure adherence to the Vithas Code of Conduct.
- Act as a backup for the Customer Experience and Service Manager.
Requirements
- Specialized training in Hospital Management.
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing high-performance front-office teams.
- Strong knowledge of patient care, including patient rights and admission duties.
- Expertise in the application of GDPR within documentation and patient service protocols.
