Admission Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage information and administrative processes unique to the admissions department
• Coordinate logistics for admissions events, including catering, A/V, signage, and setup
• Support the enrollment process for current and new students, including contract preparation and platform assistance
• Maintain and update the admissions public web pages and event calendars
• Generate reports based on applicant and inquiry data for school stakeholders
• Support the Student and Parent Ambassador programs, including managing student ambassadors and campus tours
• Provide administrative support such as managing departmental budgets, office supplies, and answering inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in independent school admission work or related experience
• Strong organizational, project management, and logistical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to support before/after-school or weekend events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blackbaud or SchoolAdmin
• Experience with FinalSite, Canva, or Sign Up Genius
