About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily center operations
- Maintain accurate student records, contracts, schedules, and documentation
- Support students by handling inquiries, bookings, and resolving issues professionally
- Assist sales and service teams with coordination, reporting, and follow-ups
- Manage reception duties and act as a professional ambassador of Wall Street English
Requirements
- University degree or relevant professional qualification
- 1-3 years of proven administrative or customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
- Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and flexible with operational hours
